LZTFL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein leucine zipper transcription factor like 1, which is encoded by the LZTFL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to regulate ciliary localization of the BBSome complex. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 299 residues, a mass of 34.6 kDa, and is a member of the LZTFL1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in prostate, ovary, stomach, pancreas, esophagus, breast, liver, bladder, kidney, thyroid, colon and lung. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The LZTFL1 gene has been associated with the disease, Bardet-Biedl syndrome. Other alias names for this target include BBS17 and leucine zipper transcription factor-like protein 1.
Some LZTFL1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
