ADCYAP1R1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ADCYAP receptor type I, which is encoded by the ADCYAP1R1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a receptor for PACAP-27 and PACAP-38. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 468 residues, a mass of 53.3 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 2 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed in the brain, low expression in the lung, liver, thymus, spleen, pancreas and placenta. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include PAC1R, PACAPR, PACAPRI, pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide type I receptor, PACAP receptor 1, and PAC1.
There are ADCYAP1R1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 16.38 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
