CCL26 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-C motif chemokine ligand 26, which is encoded by the CCL26 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell to cell signaling and TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 94 residues, a mass of 10.6 kDa, and is a member of the Intercrine beta (chemokine CC) protein family. It is known to be secreted and is found to be widely expressed at low levels in various tissues including heart and ovary. Other alias names for this target include MIP-4a, MIP-4alpha, SCYA26, TSC-1, C-C motif chemokine 26, CC chemokine IMAC, MIP-4-alpha, and IMAC.
Some CCL26 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 3.13 pg/mL and as high as 7000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
