KDM2B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lysine demethylase 2B, which is encoded by the KDM2B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a histone demethylase that demethylates 'Lys-4' and 'Lys-36' of histone H3, thereby playing a central role in histone code. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1336 residues, a mass of 152.6 kDa, and is a member of the JHDM1 histone demethylase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include CXXC-type zinc finger protein 2, F-box and leucine-rich repeat protein 10, F-box protein FBL10, F-box/LRR-repeat protein 10, and lysine-specific demethylase 2B.
The detection range for different KDM2B ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
