KDM1B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lysine demethylase 1B, which is encoded by the KDM1B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a histone demethylase that demethylates 'Lys-4' of histone H3, a specific tag for epigenetic transcriptional activation, thereby acting as a corepressor. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 822 residues, a mass of 92.1 kDa, and is a member of the Flavin monoamine oxidase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and chromosomes. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include flavin-containing amine oxidase domain-containing protein 1, lysine (K)-specific demethylase 1B, lysine-specific histone demethylase 1B, and lysine-specific histone demethylase 2.
There are KDM1B ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
