CCR10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-C motif chemokine receptor 10, which is encoded by the CCR10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for chemokines SCYA27 and SCYA28. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 362 residues, a mass of 38.4 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed at high levels in adult testis, small intestine, fetal lung, fetal kidney. Other alias names for this target include C-C chemokine receptor type 10, C-C CKR-10, CC chemokine receptor 10, CC-CKR-10, G-protein coupled receptor 2, and GPR2.
There are CCR10 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
