ARID2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein AT-rich interaction domain 2, which is encoded by the ARID2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in transcriptional activation and repression of select genes by chromatin remodeling (alteration of DNA-nucleosome topology). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1835 residues and a mass of 197.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be highly expressed in heart. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The ARID2 gene has been associated with the disease, Coffin-Siris syndrome. Other alias names for this target include ARID domain-containing protein 2, AT rich interactive domain 2 (ARID, RFX-like), BRG1-associated factor 200, and AT-rich interactive domain-containing protein 2.
Some ARID2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
