ANKRD27 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ankyrin repeat domain 27, which is encoded by the ANKRD27 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to be a guanine exchange factor (GEF) for Rab21, Rab32 and Rab38 and regulate endosome dynamics. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1050 residues and a mass of 117 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles, lysosomes, and cell membrane. Other alias names for this target include VPS9 domain-containing protein, VPS9-ankyrin-repeat protein, Vps9 domain and ankyrin-repeat-containing protein, ankyrin repeat domain 27 (VPS9 domain), and ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 27.
There are ANKRD27 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
