C1QL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein complement C1q like 1, which is encoded by the C1QL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to regulate the number of excitatory synapses that are formed on hippocampus neurons. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 258 residues and a mass of 26.5 kDa. It is known to be secreted and is reported to be expressed in the brainstem.
