KLC1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein kinesin light chain 1, which is encoded by the KLC1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 573 residues, a mass of 65.3 kDa, and is a member of the Kinesin light chain protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell projections and cytoplasm. As many as protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include KNS2, KNS2A, kinesin 2 60/70kDa, medulloblastoma antigen MU-MB-2.50, and KLC.
Some KLC1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 5 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
