GP78 ELISA Kits

These GP78 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of GP78 in biological samples. GP78 is an alias of the human AMFR gene, which encodes the protein, autocrine motility factor receptor. Notably, GP78 is known to play a role in pathways of aging and the regulation of Wnt signaling pathways, among other functions. The AMFR protein is described to be 643 amino acid residues in length and 73 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the ER of the cell. This protein is known to be palmitoylated. Other names for this target antigen include RNF45.

There are GP78 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.625 ng/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
