MAGED1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein MAGE family member D1, which is encoded by the MAGED1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be involved in apoptotic response after nerve growth factor (NGF) binding in neuronal cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 778 residues and a mass of 86.2 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in bone marrow stromal cells from both multiple myeloma patients and healthy donors. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include NRAGE, melanoma-associated antigen D1, MAGE tumor antigen CCF, MAGE-D1 antigen, melanoma antigen family D, 1, and DLXIN-1.
Some MAGED1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
