These IgM ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of IgM in biological samples. IgM is an alias of the human CD40LG gene, which encodes the protein, CD40 ligand. Notably, IgM is known to play a role in B cell differentiation and inflammatory response pathways, among other functions. The CD40LG protein is described to be 261 amino acid residues in length and 29.3 kilodaltons in mass. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and is secreted. This protein is known to be O-glycosylated and cleaved. Other names for this target antigen include CD154, CD40L, and HIGM1.
Some IgM ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 6 pg/mL and as high as 2000 µg/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
