MR1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein major histocompatibility complex, class I-related, which is encoded by the MR1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in immune response pathways and innate immune responses. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 341 residues, a mass of 39.4 kDa, and is a member of the MHC class I protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER, golgi, and cell membrane and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include major histocompatibility complex class I-related gene protein, MHC class I-like antigen MR-1, MHC class I-related protein, MHC class-I related-gene protein, and HLALS.
Some MR1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 1.875 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
