FRS2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein fibroblast growth factor receptor substrate 2, which is encoded by the FRS2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported adaptor protein that links activated FGR and NGF receptors to downstream signaling pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 508 residues and a mass of 57 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in heart, brain, spleen, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney and testis. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include FRS2A, FRS2alpha, SNT, SNT-1, SNT1, FGFR signalling adaptor, FGFR substrate 2, and FRS1A.
The detection range for different FRS2 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.625 pg/mL and as high as 2500 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
