These GRP75 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of GRP75 in biological samples. GRP75 is an alias of the human HSPA9 gene, which encodes the protein, heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 9. Notably, GRP75 is known to play a role in erythrocyte differentiation and intracellular protein transport, among other functions. The HSPA9 protein is described to be 679 amino acid residues in length and 73.7 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the nucleus and mitochondria of the cell. Other names for this target antigen include CRP40, CSA, and EVPLS.
Some GRP75 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 39.06 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
