KCNC3 ELISA Kits

KCNC3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily C member 3, which is encoded by the KCNC3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in potassium ion transport and protein oligomerization. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 757 residues, a mass of 80.6 kDa, and is a member of the Potassium channel protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. The KCNC3 gene has been associated with the disease, Spinocerebellar ataxia. Other alias names for this target include KV3.3, SCA13, Shaw-related voltage-gated potassium channel protein 3, potassium channel, voltage gated Shaw related subfamily C, member 3, and KSHIIID.

There are KCNC3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
