These Iars ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Iars in biological samples. Iars is an alias of the human IARS1 gene, which encodes the protein, isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase 1. Notably, Iars is known to play a role in osteoblast differentiation, among other functions. The IARS1 protein is described to be 1262 amino acid residues in length and 144.5 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in liver and muscle. Other names for this target antigen include GRIDHH.
Some Iars ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.31 ng/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
