WDR12 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein WD repeat domain 12, which is encoded by the WDR12 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the PeBoW complex, which is required for maturation of 28S and 58S ribosomal RNAs and formation of the 60S ribosome. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 423 residues, a mass of 47.7 kDa, and is a member of the WD repeat WDR12/YTM1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include ribosome biogenesis protein WDR12 and WD repeat-containing protein 12.
Some WDR12 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
