These ERp57 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of ERp57 in biological samples. ERp57 is an alias of the human PDIA3 gene, which encodes the protein, protein disulfide isomerase family A member 3. Notably, ERp57 is known to play a role in the apoptotic pathway, among other functions. The PDIA3 protein is described to be 505 amino acid residues in length and 56.8 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the ER of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in the flagellum and head region of spermatozoa. Other names for this target antigen include ER60 and ERp60.
The detection range for different ERp57 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
