HUS1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein HUS1 checkpoint clamp component, which is encoded by the HUS1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the 9-1-1 cell-cycle checkpoint response complex that plays a major role in DNA repair. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 280 residues, a mass of 31.7 kDa, and is a member of the HUS1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include checkpoint protein HUS1, HUS1 checkpoint homolog, hus1+-like protein, and hHUS1.
Some HUS1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
