ANAPC10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein anaphase promoting complex subunit 10, which is encoded by the ANAPC10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 185 residues, a mass of 21.3 kDa, and is a member of the APC10 protein family. Other alias names for this target include APC10 and DOC1.
Some anapc10 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
