RAB41 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAB41, member RAS oncogene family, which is encoded by the RAB41 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be required for normal Golgi ribbon organization and ER-to-Golgi trafficking. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 222 residues, a mass of 25 kDa, and is a member of the Rab protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is found to be widely expressed in the brain, testis, lung, heart, ovary, colon, kidney, uterus and spleen but not in liver. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ras-related protein Rab-41 and RAB41, member RAS homolog family.
