There are a number of ELISA Kits available for the measurement of B(p51A), another term for the human protein, tumor protein p63. Other synonyms may include: tumor protein 63, amplified in squamous cell carcinoma, chronic ulcerative stomatitis protein, keratinocyte transcription factor KET, tumor protein p53-competing protein, B(p51A), and B(p51B). It is encoded by the TP63 gene to yield a protein 680 amino acids in length and 76.8 kDa in size. However, there are up to 12 reported isoforms. The protein is categorized into the P53 family. Versions of B(p51A) are present in other organisms, including: Mouse, Rat, Fly, Frog.
