LDB1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein LIM domain binding 1, which is encoded by the LDB1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to bind to the LIM domain of a wide variety of LIM domain-containing transcription factors. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 411 residues, a mass of 46.5 kDa, and is a member of the LDB protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be expressed in a wide range of adult tissues including brain, heart, skeletal muscle, colon, thymus, spleen, kidney, liver, small intestine, lung and peripheral blood leukocytes. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include CLIM2, NLI, LIM domain-binding protein 1, LIM domain-binding factor CLIM2, LIM domain-binding factor-1, and CLIM-2.
There are LDB1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
