EXO1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein exonuclease 1, which is encoded by the EXO1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in DNA repair. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 846 residues, a mass of 94.1 kDa, and is a member of the XPG/RAD2 endonuclease protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be highly expressed in bone marrow, testis and thymus. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include hExoI, rad2 nuclease family member, homolog of S. cerevisiae exonuclease 1, and HEX1.
Some EXO1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
