ARL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ADP ribosylation factor like GTPase 1, which is encoded by the ARL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a GTP-binding protein that recruits several effectors, such as golgins, arfaptins and Arf-GEFs to the trans-Golgi network, and modulates their functions at the Golgi complex. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 181 residues, a mass of 20.4 kDa, and is a member of the Arf protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and membrane and is notably expressed in fetal liver, lung and liver. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 1, ADP-ribosylation factor-like 1, and ARFL1.
There are ARL1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78.13 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
