ASB16 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ankyrin repeat and SOCS box containing 16, which is encoded by the ASB16 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to be a substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 453 residues, a mass of 49.6 kDa, and is a member of the Ankyrin SOCS box (ASB) protein family. Other alias names for this target include ankyrin repeat and SOCS box protein 16 and ankyrin repeat and SOCS box-containing protein 16.
Some ASB16 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
