EVI5 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ecotropic viral integration site 5, which is encoded by the EVI5 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to function as a regulator of cell cycle progression by stabilizing the FBXO5 protein and promoting cyclin-A accumulation during interphase. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 810 residues and a mass of 92.9 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in various cell lines. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include ecotropic viral integration site 5 protein homolog, dJ846D11.1 (ecotropic viral integration site 5), neuroblastoma stage 4S gene protein, and NB4S.
Some EVI5 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
