s-SHIP ELISA Kits

Ready-to-use ELISA kits are available for the detection of s-SHIP, an alias of the protein, inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase D. The official gene symbol is INPP5D. The protein, with a mass of 133.3 kDa and length of 1189 residues, is reported to be cytoplasmic and membrane-associated. It is a member of the Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 5-phosphatase family and may be known by other names, including: signaling inositol polyphosphate phosphatase SHIP II, signaling inositol polyphosphate 5 phosphatase SIP-145, inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase 145kDa, inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase 145kD, SH2 domain-containing inositol 5'-phosphatase 1, and SHIP-1.

  • Human Albumin ELISA

Albumin, also called serum albumin (SA), is a 66.5 kDa globular protein synthesized by the liver and rapidly excreted into the bloodstream. Its main function is to regulate the osmotic pressure of blood, but it has other important functions such as transport and binding. Low albumin levels may indicate liver or kidney disease. The RayBio® Human Albumin ELISA can rapidly quantify albumin in human plasma, serum, cell culture supernatants, and a variety of other sample types. Features: Save time ...
