ABL2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ABL proto-oncogene 2, non-receptor tyrosine kinase, which is encoded by the ABL2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell adhesion and the regulation of intracellular calcium. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1182 residues, a mass of 128.3 kDa, and is a member of the Tyr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissue types. As many as 9 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include ARG, Abelson tyrosine-protein kinase 2, abelson-related gene protein, c-abl oncogene 2, non-receptor tyrosine kinase, and ABLL.
There are ABL2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 500 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
