p190B ELISA Kits

These p190B ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of p190B in biological samples. p190B is an alias of the human ARHGAP5 gene, which encodes the protein, Rho GTPase activating protein 5. Notably, p190B is known to play a role in cell adhesion and GPCR signaling pathways, among other functions. The ARHGAP5 protein is 1502 amino acid residues in length and 172.5 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 4 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the cell membrane and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in skin fibroblasts. Other names for this target antigen include GFI2, RhoGAP5, and p190-B.
