Anti-ELTD1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ELTD1 is a known alias name of the protein adhesion G protein-coupled receptor L4, encoded by the ADGRL4 gene in humans. This 690-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in GPCR signaling pathways and receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated and cleaved post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in the majority of epithelial cells in tumor and normal tissues. Indicated applications for ELTD1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
