Anti-DENND6B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DENN domain containing 6B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 585 amino acid residues and a mass of 66.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is a member of the DENND6 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include DENN domain-containing protein 6B, DENN/MADD domain containing 6B, family with sequence similarity 116, member B, protein FAM116B, and protein DENND6B. DENND6B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These DENND6B antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
