Anti-RHOXF2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein Rhox homeobox family member 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 288 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably expressed in the testis. A member of the Paired-like homeobox protein family, RHOXF2 is reported to be a transcription factor maybe involved in reproductive processes. Synonyms for this target antigen include cancer/testis antigen 107, homeobox protein from AL590526, paired-like homeobox protein PEPP-2, testis homeobox gene 1, and PEPP subfamily gene 2. Some RHOXF2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
