Anti-C1orf74 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein chromosome 1 open reading frame 74. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 269 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.6 kDa. It is a member of the UPF0739 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include UPF0739 protein C1orf74 and up-regulated in lung cancer 4. C1orf74 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some C1orf74 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
