Anti-ZNF793 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 793. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 406 amino acid residues and a mass of 46.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF793 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF793 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF793 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
