Anti-ZIZ3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ZIZ3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DOCK10 gene, which encodes dedicator of cytokinesis 10. This protein is known to function in marginal zone B cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of ZIZ3 has a canonical amino acid length of 2186 residues and a protein mass of 249.5 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the breast and cerebellum. ZIZ3 is a member of the DOCK protein family.
