Anti-Vsm-RhoGEF antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Vsm-RhoGEF antigen is another term for the human protein Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 15, encoded by the ARHGEF15 gene. The protein is known to function in GTPase activation and GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 841 residues and a mass of 91.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell projections and it is reported to be expressed in the vascular smooth muscle of coronary artery. Other alias names for Vsm-RhoGEF include ARGEF15, E5, and Ephexin5.
