Anti-ZFP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ZFP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ZKSCAN7 gene, which encodes zinc finger with KRAB and SCAN domains 7. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of ZFP has a canonical amino acid length of 754 residues and a protein mass of 85 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. ZFP is a member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. Indicated applications for ZFP antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
