Anti-TROB2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TROB2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TOB2 gene, which encodes transducer of ERBB2, 2. This protein is known to function in the regulation of cell proliferation and the regulation of cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of TROB2 has a canonical amino acid length of 344 residues and a protein mass of 36.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified.
