Anti-TAFA-3 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The TAFA-3 antigen is another term for the human protein TAFA chemokine like family member 3, encoded by the TAFA3 gene. The protein is reported to play a role in the regulation of microglia polarization. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 133 residues and a mass of 14.8 kilodaltons. It is a secreted protein and it is reported to have brain-specific expression. The TAFA-3 protein is a member of the TAFA protein family.
