Anti-TRG-19 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TRG-19 is a known alias name of the protein solute carrier family 37 member 4, encoded by the SLC37A4 gene in humans. This 429-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in carbohydrate metabolism and homeostasis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the ER of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in the liver and kidney. Other synonyms for TRG-19 include CDG2W, G6PT, and G6PT1. Indicated applications for TRG-19 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
