Anti-PML-RAR antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PML-RAR antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PRAM1 gene, which encodes PML-RARA regulated adaptor molecule 1. This protein is known to function in protein localization to the plasma membrane, among other biological roles. The human version of PML-RAR has a canonical amino acid length of 670 residues and a protein mass of 74 kilodaltons. It is reported to be notably expressed in the tonsil, testis, spleen, lung, and bone marrow. Indicated applications for PML-RAR antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
