Anti-SEEEG-1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SEEEG-1 is a known alias name of the protein solute carrier family 43 member 3, encoded by the SLC43A3 gene in humans. This 491-amino acid residue protein is a member of the SLC43A transporter (TC 2.A.1.44) protein family. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be widely expressed with highest levels in the liver and lung, followed by the pancreas. Other synonyms for SEEEG-1 include EEG1, ENBT1, and FOAP-13.
