Anti-RDGBB antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RDGBB is a known alias name of the protein phosphatidylinositol transfer protein cytoplasmic 1, encoded by the PITPNC1 gene in humans. This 332-amino acid residue protein is known to catalyze the transfer of phosphatidylinositol (PI) and phosphatidic acid (PA) between membranes. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for RDGBB include M-RDGB-beta, MRDGBbeta, and RDGB-BETA.
