Anti-PTFbeta antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PTFbeta is a known alias name of the protein small nuclear RNA activating complex polypeptide 3, encoded by the SNAPC3 gene in humans. This 411-amino acid residue protein is known to be a part of the SNAPc complex required for the transcription of both RNA polymerase II and III small-nuclear RNA genes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell.
