Anti-TICN3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TICN3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SPOCK3 gene, which encodes SPARC (osteonectin), cwcv and kazal like domains proteoglycan 3. This protein is believed to participate in diverse steps of neurogenesis. The human version of TICN3 has a canonical amino acid length of 436 residues and a protein mass of 49.4 kilodaltons, although 9 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the extracellular matrix and is secreted of cells. Other names for this target antigen include HSAJ1454 and TES-3.
