Anti-Scar3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Scar3 is a known alias name of the protein WASP family member 3, encoded by the WASF3 gene in humans. This 502-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cytoskeleton organization and the assembly of protein complexes, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in ovary and brain. Indicated applications for Scar3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
