Anti-TIP-B1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TIP-B1 is a known alias name of the protein SH3 domain binding glutamate rich protein like 3, encoded by the SH3BGRL3 gene in humans. This 93-amino acid residue protein is suspected to act as a modulator of glutaredoxin biological activity (Probable). It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types.
